5.2.2.1.2 List of System Commands
A Command telegram always consists of four bytes, including the command itself,
its parameters and at last the check sum (XOR relation of all bytes with starting sign).
When choosing the procedure "transparent" (see appendix, section 9.3 on page 49)
a start sign has to be sent as well.
The monitor mode should not be used during normal operation (e.g. from a PLC) as
the following output is not carried out according to a transparent or 3964 R protocol
but only suitable for display on a VT 52- terminal and used for the manual alteration
of parameters.
