2. TROUBLESHOOTING

4 Remote control does not work
a. Check if the USB cable is properly connected and the
indicator light is on.
b. Check if the camera was able to perform a self-check
when restarted.
c. Restart the computer.
d. Check if the camera is being recognized by the computer.
a. Perform the pairing process between the camera and the
wireless remote again.
b. Set the camera address to 1 (the camera address returns to
1 after restoring the default setting).
c. Check if the remote control has batteries or if they are weak.
d. Check if the camera’s working mode is the normal operating
mode.
e. Exit the menu (the menu is displayed only in the MJPG/
H.264/H.265 compression format).
a. Check the quality of the USB cable and if it is properly
connected.
a. Check if the camera’s installation position is secure.
b. Check for objects or equipment shaking close to the
camera.
