Key No. Qty. Description
4. Thread a Weight Tube (7) onto one of the four posts on
the Uprights (3, 4). Press a 25mm Round Inner Cap (8)
into the Weight Tube.
Assemble the other three Weight Tubes (7) in the same
way.
To store a barbell (not included), insert the lower end of
the barbell into the round tube on the Base (1) and rest
the barbell in the Curl Bar Holder (6).
Always secure
the barbell with the indicated strap.
