1. Press two 50mm Square Outer Caps (9) onto the ends
of a Support Tube (2). Attach the Support Tube to the
Base (1) with two M8 x 65mm Bolts (11), two
M8 Washers (12), and two M8 Nylon Locknuts (13).
Do
not tighten the Nylon Locknuts yet
.
Assemble the other Support Tube (2) in the same way.
2. Insert four M8 x 65mm Carriage Bolts (10) into the
Support Tubes (2) from underneath as shown.
Identify the Left Upright (4), which has a warning decal
near the upper end. Slide the Left Upright onto the two
M8 x 65mm Carriage Bolts (10) in the indicated Support
Tube. Slide the Right Upright (3) onto the two Carriage
Bolts in the other Support Tube. Insert the Top Cap (5)
into both Uprights.
Thread four M8 Nylon Locknuts (13) onto the
M8 x 65mm Carriage Bolts (10);
do not tighten the
Nylon Locknuts yet
.
3. Attach the Curl Bar Holder (6) to the Uprights (3, 4) with
three M8 x 65mm Bolts (11), three M8 Washers (12),
and three M8 Nylon Locknuts (13).

Tighten all the M8 Nylon Locknuts (13)
used in the previous steps.
