4.7 DIFFERENTIAL LOCK
For models 22 - 25 - 28 - 33 - 35, only on the rear axle using lever n.9 fig.1.
For models 45 - 50 - W35 - W40 - W55 - W60 on both axles using lever n.9 fig.1
(for models W70 see n.9 fig.15)
- Lever forward = lock engaged (machine stopped).
- Lever back
= lock disengaged.
To get the most out of the device, engage the differential lock before the wheels
begin to slip. Do not engage the lock while one wheel is already slipping.
Do not use the differential lock going into or in curves.
Use the differential lock ONLY with the creep range gears.
When the lever is released, check to make sure the lock has
disengaged by moving the steering wheel about.
4.8 BODY LIFTING
The trailer body can be tipped 3-ways by means of a hydraulic ram. Before
tipping the trailer, position the ball-joint pins correct. Use lever n.4 fig.1 e fig.14.

4.9 REAR PTO
For the models 25 - 28 - 33:
2-speed non-gear dependent (anticlockwise turning
direction, spline, 26UNI220).
SLOW
= 570 Rpm
FAST
= 880 Rpm
(Optional: spline 1 3/8" ASAE, clockwise turning direction).
For Sincro models: PTO 1 3/8" ASAE, clockwise turning direction.
Models 45 - 50
SPEED = 540 Rpm with engine at 2350 Rpm.
Models W35 - W40
SPEED = 540 Rpm with engine at 2500 Rpm.
Models W55 - W60 – W70
SPEED = 540 Rpm with engine at 2200 Rpm.
For the models 22RS
SPEED = 540 Rpm with engine at 2750 Rpm.
If implements that produce a great deal of inertia (e.g. lawn mowers,
brush-wood choppers, etc.) are connected to the PTO, it is advisable to
use a cardan shaft transmission with “free wheel” device. As it prevents
drive from being transmitted from the implement to the machine, this device
allows these latter to immediately stop as soon as the clutch is depressed.
