WARRANTY AND SERVICE
Before you call for service or assistance...
Check the things you can do yourself. Refer to the installation instructions and
your user guide and check that:
Your product is correctly installed with Compliance Certificate.
You are familiar with its normal operation.
If after checking these points you still need assistance or parts, please refer to the
Service & Warranty book for warranty details and your nearest Authorised Service

This cooktop has been designed and constructed in accordance with the following
codes and specifications: AS/NZS 4417.1:2012 Regulatory Compliance.
Conditions of this Warranty
The company agrees to replace, or at its option put in order, any part of
this appliance which is proved at time of delivery, or within a period of 24 months
to be defective through faulty materials or craftsmanship.
Please note: Transport costs outside of the metropolitan area, are
excluded from this warranty. Where the product is installed outside of the normal
servicing area of the nearest Service Centre, or authorised agent of the Warrantor.
The purchaser is responsible for the expenses incurred sending the unit to and.
from the service agent or agent’s premises or for the agent’s costs to the place of
installation.
1.1.1 Australian Consumer Law means the law as set out in Schedule 2 of the
Competition and Consumer Act 2010;
1.1.3 Consumer means a “consumer” as that term is defined in Section 3 of the
Australian Consumer Law as the original purchaser of a Goldline product;
1.1.4 Consumer Guarantees means the guarantees under the Australian Consumer
Law;
1.1.5 You means the Consumer.
1.2 Nothing in this warranty affects any person’s rights under the Australian
Consumer Law. The benefits to any Consumer under this warranty are in addition
to the rights and remedies available under any Consumer Guarantees.
