IV. ASSEMBLY
Before operating or assembling your LiteRider
®
Envy Lite, be sure to remove the two
battery deactivate blocks located under the battery pack. Your LiteRider
®
Envy Lite will
not power up or operate without completing this step.
1. Remove the battery pack by pulling up on the handle. See figure 2.
2. Remove the two battery deactivate blocks under the battery pack. See figure 2A.
3. Gently lower the battery pack back onto the frame.
4. Connect the joystick control to the nVR2 power module. See figure 2B.
Be sure the joystick cable is securely attached to the unit and
that the cable is not able to trail on the ground or become entangled on any
surrounding objects while the unit is in use.
The LiteRider
®
Envy Lite battery pack weighs 25 pounds. The
standard (17 x 16) seat with arms weighs 23 pounds. Removal of arms will
reduce the weight of the seat. Please ask for help if you do not feel capable of
safely lifting that much weight.
