STEP ONE
- Lie with arms extended
holding the band in front of your
face. Right knee should be bent.
Shoulders slightly off the ground.
STEP TWO
- Rotate at waist,
bringing trunk to your right while
simultaneously rotating lower body
to your left.
STEP THREE
- Repeat movement
going opposite direction.
