Single Leg Lowering

STEP ONE
- Lay flat on your back
with arms out to your side and legs
up in a 90 degree angle.
STEP TWO
- Slowly lower your right
leg to about 3 inches above the
ground and return to the starting
position. Slowly lower left leg to
3 inches above the ground and
then return to the starting position.
Continue alternating legs.
