Step one
- Utilizing foot cradles, assume a standard
pushup position with feet in foot cradles. extend arms
while making sure hips are in line with back and abs
are engaged.
Step two
- Draw knees toward chest as you exhale.
Don’t let your back “round out.” Keep core engaged.
inhale as you relax your body and return to the starting
position and repeat.
