MAIN DEVICES

☞ Pressure Adjustment Device

Pressure on Laminating Roller & Pull Roller (for DUAL - Embossing Roller) can be adjusted by Pressure Controller and
its pressure on rollers are displayed on the gauge.
Pull the Pressure Controller to adjust the pressure. Turn it to the right to increase its pressure,
and turn it to the left to decrease the pressure. After the adjustment is done, press the controller to fix the adjustment.

NOTE :

Different film or different substrate requires different pressure.
The recommendable max. pressure is less than 0.6MPa(6㎏/㎠).

☞ Decurler

It is natural thing to have the curled laminated results after lamination.
This is not caused by the trouble in the Laminator.
Decurling Device is to avoid the Curling on the Laminated Results after single side lamination.
Adjust the Decurling Status with the Handle as the Pictures.
Rotate the Handle to the Right to increase the Decurling Value and rotate it to the left to decrease it.

NOTE : Adjust the Decurler Angle for Substrates Thickness and its Materials.
