SECURING THE CHILD SAFETY SEAT
When assembling and installing this product follow these instructions precisely. Do not allow anyone
to use this product without first reading these instructions.
CAUTION! VERY DANGEROUS! Never use this child safety seat on the front passenger seat if this
is equipped with a front seat air bag. Child safety seat can be installed on the front seat only if the
airbag is deactivated. Check the deactivation options directly with the car manufacturer or in the
respective vehicle manual.
This child safety seat can be used only in vehicles equipped with a three point seatbelt.
Child safety seat must be installed against the driving direction.
Fig. 20 / Step no.1: Set the carry handle of the chair into vertical position by pressing two side
adjustment buttons. Place the child safety seat onto the seat, where you plan to install it against the
driving direction.
Fig. 21 / Step no.2: Pull the vehicle's lap belt through both guide buckles of the lap belt on the side of
the child safety seat.
Fig. 22 / Step no.3: Click the belt clip into mechanical safety / buckle of the belt, until you hear the
lock click. By pulling on the belt you make sure that the clip was locked in properly.

Pull the vehicle seat belt tight i locations as designated in the picture.
Fig. 24 / Step no.5: Proper position of the vehicle seat belt buckle is the position close to the child
safety seat. If you have any uncertainties about the location, please do contact the child safety seat
manufacturer.
Turn the handle into the position as depicted in the picture (Fig. 25).
ATTENTION! After installing the child safety seat always check that the seatbelt has good tension
and that the belt buckle is not pushing the belt from corresponding buckles. Among others verify that
the vehicle belt is not touching straps on the child safety seat, because in the event of an accident its
proper function may be in danger.
ATTENTION: Never pull the vehicle seat belt through places depicted in this owner's
manual, because you could endanger the safety of your child! After taking your child from the child
safety seat take steps stated above, but in reverse order.
SETTING CARRY HANDLE POSITION
Child safety seat handle is adjustable into four (4) stable positions. To set the carry handle you must
simultaneously press the handle button on both sides. Now the carry handle can be moved
(positioned), Fig. 26.
Child safety seat carry handle has 4 positions / Fig. 27:
1. First position: User position to carry the child safety seat,
2. Second position: Protective position, if the first position opens unexpectedly,
3. Third position: Folded position,
4. Fourth position: Prevents swaying when the child safety seat is placed on the ground.
Before carrying the child safety seat make sure that the carry handle is locked in the corresponding
position, that the "Y" belt is properly set and that buckle is clicked in.
USING THE CANOPY (Fig. 29)
Place both canopy ends into side joints located on both sides of the seat frame. Insert the elastic side
of the canopy into the plastic edge to secure it. To position it simply press on the dome outward / or
inward, as needed.
In the event that you want to remove the canopy, proceed using the steps in this owner's manual in
reverse order.
