Improper handling of the equipment may lead to serious personal injuries and
property damage.
Check all compressed air connections before starting the work.
Ensure that the compressed air lines are locked and de-pressurised.

Electrical installation
DANGER
Risk of sustaining injuries posed by electric shock/electrocution.
This may result in burns or fatal injuries.
Prior to starting your work, make sure that all lines are disconnected.
Secure the lines against restart.
Check whether the cables are properly positioned to avoid malfunctions of the system.
5.2
Commissioning
CAUTION
Malfunctions caused by improper connections.
Malfunctions may lead to personal injuries or property damage.
Recheck all pneumatic connections.
Recheck all electrical connections.
All connections have been checked.
1. Connect the mains cable (6).
2. Establish the compressed air connection (2).
3. Establish the foot pedal connection (3).
4. Switch on the PC 65 crimper.
5. Turn the toggle switch from “OFF“ position to “ON“ position.
6. Remove the protective cover (5) and reattach it.

5.2.1
Starting up the PC 65 crimper
The protective cover must be removed and reattached once after start up.
