Replace the flow chamber cover. (For high pressure
design sensor, replace the O-ring, window, and lock-
ring.)
NOTE:
Make sure the cover O-ring is well lubricated
with the supplied lubricant, and properly seated
before tightening the cover or lockring. If not,
the cover may be difficult to remove next time.

After replacing any light source(s) or detector(s), always
re-calibrate the measurement system using the appropriate
method. Refer to Part Three, Section 5 for details.
