Gio Peel
Microdermabrader however, it is
meant to supplement, not replace a formal training program in the use of this device.
General Description
The Gio Peel Microdermabrasion system is designed to exfoliate by abrading the skin with high-purity grade Aluminum Oxide
Crystal or may also be used for crystal-free operation. The major components of the system include:
• Powerful diaphragm vacuum pump
• One simple vacuum flow control valve
• Plastic crystal volume flow control screw nut (no adjusting needed after initial adjustment)
• Prefilled and sealed “Crystal Capsule
™
” containing enough abrading media for 7 to 9 complete treatments
• Crystal Capsule
™
also contains a sealed used crystal waste receptacle located on the bottom half of the disposable capsule
• Disposable plastic handpiece with connecting tubing
• Disposable Crystal-Free Kit
Not only is your Gio Peel lightweight and easy to move from room to room, the handpiece is very easy to manipulate and its size and
shape has been engineered to provide precision and accuracy for the microdermabrasion procedure. The tip is designed to provide
the proper angle to abrade the epidermis safely and gradually. The tubing for the handpiece is connected to two posts located in the
center front housing of the Crystal Capsule. The tubing connects the system’s crystal supply to the handpiece then is vacuumed up
and deposited in the waste section of the same capsule! Only when the tip is in contact with the skin is the vacuum created by clos

ing the loop after connecting the disposable Crystal Capsule the vacuum port post on the front of the Gio Peel. The vacuum gauge
indicates the vacuum level that is regulated by the flow control valve.
