Function

Drain Valve Handle

Used to drain the Fry Pot. Always ensure the Handle is
closed and locked prior to adding cooking oil or boil out solu-
tion. Your fryer will not heat if this Drain Valve Handle is not
completely closed and locked.

ALWAYS ENSURE THE HEAT SWITCH IS IN THE OFF
POSITION BEFORE OPENING THIS VALVE. FAILURE TO
COMPLY WITH THIS DANGER NOTICE COULD RESULT
IN A FIRE, CAUSING DEATH OR SERIOUS INJURY
AND/OR EQUIPMENT/PROPERTY DAMAGE AND VOID
THE WARRANTY.

NEVER DRAIN OIL FROM MORE THAN ONE FRY POT AT
A TIME INTO THE FILTER PAN. THIS WILL CAUSE THE
FILTER PAN TO OVERFLOW. ALWAYS REMOVE OIL
FROM THE FILTER PAN BEFORE DRAINING ANOTHER
FRY POT.
