Cleaning

�ith a c�oth s�ight�y dam�ened �ith �ater. A�oid getting �ater inside 

the de�ice. Do not use �iquid or aeroso� c�eaners.

Water and Moisture

 — Do not use this de�ice near �ater (for 

exam��e, near a bathtub, �ashbo��, kitchen sink, or �aundry tub; in a 

�et basement; or near a s�imming �oo�).

Accessories

 — Do not ��ace de�ice on an unstab�e cart, stand, 

tri�od, bracket, or tab�e. The de�ice may fa��, causing injury to a chi�d 

or adu�t, and damage the de�ice. Use on�y �ith a cart, stand, tri�od, 

bracket, or tab�e recommended by the manufacturer or so�d �ith the 

de�ice. �o��o� the manufacturer’s mounting instructions, and use a 

recommended mounting accessory.

Ventilation

 — S�ots and o�enings in the cabinet �ro�ide �enti�ation, 

ensure re�iab�e o�eration, and �rotect from o�erheating. Do not b�ock 

or co�er these o�enings, and do not ��ace the de�ice on a bed, sofa, 

rug, or other simi�ar surface. Do not ��ace the de�ice in a bui�t-in 

insta��ation such as a bookcase or rack un�ess it �ro�ides �ro�er 

�enti�ation as s�ecified by the manufacturer.

Heat

 — The de�ice shou�d be situated a�ay from heat sources such as 

radiators, heat registers, sto�es, or other de�ices that �roduce heat.

Power Sources

 — Use this de�ice �ith the �o�er source indicated 

on its marking �abe�. If you are not sure of your home’s �o�er ty�e, 

consu�t your a���iance dea�er or �oca� �o�er com�any.

Grounding or Polarization
