Troubleshooting & Tips

Audio and Video

1. If there is no sound while you’re playing video or music files make

sure the volume is turned up and make sure it is not in silent mode.

2. If you are using headphones make sure they are plugged in fully.

3. If the video or music won’t play remove the video from the device

by deleting it then download it again to the device.

Recovering Deleted Icons

You may have noticed that you can delete icons from the “Applications
Page” you do this by pressing and holding the application you wish to
delete and dragging it over the trash bin icon that appears on the right
of the screen until it turns red and then dropping the icon.

To recover the application and replace the icon on the “Applications
Page” you firstly press Sub Menu > Add Application > Select the
Application you wish to reinsert to the “Application Page” > You should
now see the application on the said page.
