9.3.3 Operation of the heating
1.
Select the thermometer symbol for the heating in the function bar
(s. fig. in chapter 9.3
GLASS OPERATING PANEL
).
2. Now set the target temperature in the operation bar.
The value is shown in brackets in the status bar, 20 °C to 50 °C.
The actual temperature is displayed next to it.
3. Switch on the heating by touching the “On” / “Off” area.
The symbol changes colour from white to blue.
If the adjusted temperature is adjusted higher than the actual temperature,
the heating heats up.
In this case, the thermometer symbol flashes in the status bar.
If a day of the week is selected (s. fig. below), the heating switches on at
12 o’clock PM on this day.
This function is helpful because the heating needs approx. 6-8 hours to heat up
the quartz sand from 20 °C to approx. 50 °C.
Example: You switch off the heating on Friday evening and then touch the
symbol “ M ” for Monday.
The heating switches on at 12 o’clock PM on Monday.
