I.  Drive lever (if provided):

 the lever that engages the

wheel drive and allows the machine to move forward.

J.  Hatch for accessing the battery compartment

K.  Safety key (Deactivation device):

The key

enables / disables the machine electric circuit.

L.  Battery charger

(if it is not supplied with the

machine, see chapter 15 “accessories on

request”)

device used to recharge the battery.

4.  ASSEMBLY

The safety regulations to follow are

described in chap. 2. Strictly comply with these

instructions to avoid serious risks or hazards.

For storage and transport purposes, some components of

the machine are not installed in the factory and have to be

assembled after unpacking. Follow the instructions below.

Unpacking and completing the assembly should

be done on a flat and stable surface, with enough

space for machine handling and its packaging,

always making use of suitable equipment. Do not

use the machine until all the indications provided

in the "ASSEMBLY" section have been carried out.

 4.1  ASSEMBLY COMPONENTS

The packaging includes assembly components.

 4.1.1  Unpacking

1.

Carefully open the packaging, paying

attention not to lose components.

2.

Consult the documentation in the box,

including these instructions.

3.

Remove all the unassembled parts from the box.

4.

Dispose of the box and packaging in

accordance with local regulations.

  Before assembling, make sure the

safety key is not inserted in its housing.

 4.2  HANDLE ASSEMBLY

Assemble the handle as illustrated in (Fig. 3).

 4.3  GRASS-CATCHER ASSEMBLY

1.

With the plastic part (Fig. 4.A) upside down,

fasten the frame (Fig. 4.B) to the plastic

part using the screws (Fig. 4.C).

2.

Insert the frame (Fig. 4.B) in the

grass-catcher (Fig. 4.D)

3.

Fasten all the plastic profiles (Fig. 4.E) using

a screwdriver, as indicated in the figure.

4.

Firmly press the perimeter edge (Fig. 4.F)

of the frame into the slots on the plastic part

(Fig. 4.A), starting 5-7 mm from the end.

5.  CONTROLS

 5.1  SAFETY KEY (DEACTIVATION DEVICE)

The key found inside the battery compartment enables

/ disables the machine electric circuit (Fig. 5.A).

Removing the key, the electric circuit is completely

deactivated to prevent uncontrolled use of the machine.

 IMPORTANT

  Remove the safety key whenever

the machine is unused or left unattended.

 5.2  CONTROL LEVER

The control lever

starts/stops the motor and

simultaneously engages/disengages the cutting means

.

The positions indicated correspond to:

1.  Run.

To start the motor, press the

safety button (Fig. 6.A), pull one of the

two levers (Fig.

6.B

), and wait for 2-3

seconds for the motor to start running

.

2.

 Ignition of the motor simultaneously

engages the cutting means.

3.  Stop.

 The motor stops when both

levers (fig. 6.B) are released.

 5.3

DRIVE ENGAGEMENT LEVER

This engages the wheel drive and allows

the machine to move forward.

1.  Drive engaged.

 Push the lever

towards the handle for forward

movement (Fig. 7.A). The

lawnmower stops moving forward

when the lever is released.

IMPORTANT

  The motor must always

be running with the drive disengaged.

IMPORTANT

  To prevent damage to

the transmission, do not pull the machine

backwards with the drive engaged.

 5.4  CUTTING HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT

Lower or raise the chassis to cut the

grass at different heights.

Do this when the cutting means is stationary.

The cutting height is adjusted

 by the

specific lever (Fig
