6.9 Adjusting trigger unit

Close fixed leaf.

Turn regulating screw

triangle on the door closer covers the
marking (

Tighten lock nut

If the physical conditions are unfavour-
able (e.g. lintel lining bracket mount-
ing), the trigger unit can be set via the
adjustment piece (14).

Operate the trigger lever several times
and check if the marker at the shutter
still is congruent. Readjust if necessary.

Check, if the wire rope mantle fits the
adjustment piece SF when the fixed leaf
is open.
6.10 Adjusting electrical hold-open device
Moving leaf is shown.

Open door leaf to desired hold-open angle and fix it there (

Remove cable protection foils from guide (

).

Loosen clamping screws of electrical hold-open device (

).

Move electrical hold-open device until catch contacts sliding block (

Screw down electrical hold-open device securely (

).

To prevent loops from forming, tighten cable and fasten cable protection at hold open device end (

Stow away (

) loose cable in the cable protection and free area.

Secure exposed cable with the cable protection film (

CAUTION!

Check free upward movement of the rocker!

If necessary, the holding force can be adjusted (

). According to EN 1155, the release torque should
amount to 40 Nm - 120 Nm for a door with 90° hold- open angle.
