Continuous driving unit
In the factory, the base plates of the integrated closer control and the butt plate have been screwed
together to form a unit, all drives are pre-assembled.
Screw off drives again. Also loosen the rope at the locking screw.
For
TS 5000 only:
Take note of the shims as distance piece for the driver (U-shaped accessory part) on the side of
the 2
nd
closing leaf.
The screwed base plates can be mounted to the lintel as a whole (see mounting instructions for
Slimdrive SD). Mounting dimensions and alignment are not affected by SD-IS.
Individual drives incl. intermediate cover
Screw drives off the base plate.
Fasten base plates of both drives in accordance with the instructions
Slimdrive SD (TS 5000) using
drilling template(s).
IMPORTANT:
If the intermediate cover had already been cut to size, keep the exact distance of the drives of ± 0.2 mm!
Otherwise the cover has to be cut to size after installation and trial run. For further information see mounting
instructions for intermediate cover.
