5 Maintenance
DANGER
Risk of electric shock!
• Before starting maintenance: switch off the
ventilation unit.
• Before starting work on the fan or heat
exchanger: disconnect the ventilation unit
at all poles and secure against unintention-
al reconnection.
5.1 Maintenance intervals

• Clean surfaces with a damp cloth.
Filter Quarterly

Check the filter.
•
Vacuum soiled filters with a vacuum cleaner.
•
Replace heavily soiled or defective filters.
•
Confirm filter replacement on the programming
unit.
Fans Annually
• Check the fans.
• Clean the fans if necessary with a brush or
vacuum cleaner.
Heat exchanger Annually
• Check the heat exchanger.
• Clean the ducts if necessary with a vacuum
cleaner or carefully with warm water.

Vacuum soiled prefilters with a vacuum cleaner.
•
Replace heavily soiled or defective prefilters.
Special window reveal
