Paper Handling Flexibility
• The Gestetner F104 Series’ high-capacity
70 sheet Automatic Document Feeder
makes
stacking and scanning of lengthy reports, proposals and contracts a breeze.
• The
F104’s 750-sheet standard paper supply
consists of a 250-sheet letter-size Main Cassette,
plus an additional 500-sheet letter/legal Paper Feed Unit (PFU). Optionally, the F104 can be
equipped with one additional 500-sheet PFU and a 100-sheet Bypass Tray. The
F104L offers
a standard 250-sheet letter-size Main Cassette and 100-sheet Bypass Tray,
for a total of
350
sheets.
The F104L can be optionally equipped with up to two 500-sheet letter/legal PFUs.
The
maximum paper capacity for both units is 1,350 sheets,
from up to four sources.

Duplex Fax Transmission
allows the user to scan each side of a two-sided document into
memory where the pages are automatically collated and transmitted, eliminating the need
to create single-sided originals – saving a great deal of time and money.
•
Automatic Collation
means that output from the Gestetner F104 Series prints face down, in
correct-page order, so no time is wasted manually collating fax receptions.

Rotate Sort,
a feature whereby the
Gestetner F9199
Series
prints
incoming
8.5” x 11” faxes from alternating cassettes, one
containing paper in landscape orientation, another in portrait. For high-volume traffic,
Rotate Sort makes separation and distribution of fax messages quick and easy.

For added convenience,
Multi-copy Reception
will print up to 9 copies of each incom-
ing fax message or just those from specified senders, speeding documents to their
intended recipients while reducing wear and tear on the office copier.

If letter-size (8.5” x 11”) paper is installed and a legal-size (8.5” x 14”) fax document is
received,
Legal-to-Letter Reduction,
will reduce the document to fit on one sheet of
paper versus two, reducing paper handling tasks – copying and stapling – and reducing
supply costs.
