B. 操作程序
1. 預冷：
- 連接電源插座，開啟電源開關，讓雪糕機先
行運轉約
5
分鐘預冷冷凍器，以增強製冷效
果並節省製作時間。
2. 預備食材：
- 基本食材為液體忌廉、花奶及煉奶，再加個
人喜歡的口味 (例如鮮果、朱古力)，詳情參
閱本說明書的「參考食譜」。
- 若使用現成的雪糕粉，請依照包裝袋上的說
明調配使用。
(請參閱「使用注意事項」食材處理一項。)
3. 放入食材：
- 將食材放入冰桶，每桶材料勿超過冰桶的
位置(
1L
)，以免攪拌時配料溢出冰桶。
4. 放回攪拌摩打組。
5. 設定攪拌時間：
- 按份量及個人喜好之軟硬程度，扭摩打定時
器，以設定所需攪拌時間 (如圖
)。一般所需
製成時間約為
30-40
分鐘。
B. Operating Procedures
1. Pre-cooling:
- Connect the plug to a power outlet. Turn on Power
Switch and let Ice Cream Maker run for at least 5
minutes to “pre-cool” the Chilling Chamber.
2. Prepare the ingredients:
- Major ingredients include whipping cream,
evaporated milk and condensed milk, as
well as any desired toppings (e.g. fresh fruits,
chocolate chips). Please refer to “Suggested
Recipes” section.
- When using store-bought ice cream powder,
operate according to the instructions on the
package of the ice cream powder.
(Please refer to Ingredient Preparation in
“Notice for Operation” section.)
3. Put in ingredients:
- Pour ingredients into Detachable Bucket. Do not
add ingredients of more than
of the bucket
(i.e. 1L). Otherwise, the ingredients will spill over
during churning.
4. Fit Motor Unit to Locking Ring.
5. Set Timer:
- Turn Timer knob to the desired time (See Fig.
).
The time required ranges from 30 – 40 minutes.
