1. 先將4粒士多啤梨剁成茸。
2. 將所有材料倒入冰桶,將定時器扭至40
分鐘。
3. 將餘下的2粒士多啤梨切碎。
4. 在定時器倒數至5分鐘時,將士多啤梨
碎從透明上蓋的開口位置加進機內一起
攪拌。
1. Chop 4 pc of strawberries into puree.
2. Add all ingredients into Detachable
Bucket
. Set
Timer to 40 minutes.
3. Chop the remaining 2 pc of strawberry into bits.
4. When Timer reaches the 5-minute mark, mix in
strawberry bits through the opening on See-
through Cover.

1. 將香蕉剁成茸,加入檸檬汁、液體忌廉、
無糖乳酪及蜂蜜拌勻。將蛋白打至挺身。
2. 將蛋白與香蕉汁混和倒入冰桶,將定時器
扭至40分鐘。
