ELECTRIC CONVERSION

i. Removal of rear skid plate: Remove the single body clip at the back holding the skid plate

to the frame. Then pull the skid plate out.

ii. Removal of side guard rails: For each guard rail, remove the 2 screws on the top (front side),

2 at the bottom (rear side) and 1 body clip each (rear side). Use provided tools with the
conversion kit.

b. Disassemble the transmission as shown in video #2.

Remove the C-clip first (you can use

pliers for this). Use the extra spur gear provided to remove the pinion gear (refer
to the images).
