Registering the Genius Hub

The customer needs to download the Heat Genius app.

If they don’t have a smartphone then visit the Heat Genius Website
and click on the ‘my hub’ in the top right hand corner.

www.heatgenius.co.uk

Once they have clicked on the ‘My Hub’ link on the Heat Genius
website, or launched the app on your smartphone, tablet or computer,
click on

‘Register my Hub’

and follow the onscreen instructions to

customise the Genius Hub and link it to the property address.

This will log you out of the app as you no longer have the password to
the customer’s Hub.
