48 Reset the turntable rotate and turntable rotate
brake valves. Machine will not function unless
valves are reset.
49 To reset the turntable rotate brake valve, push
in and rotate clockwise until button pops into
place.
50 To reset the turntable rotate valve, push the
thumbscrew halfway in and turn.
Result: The thumbscrew should move easily
and stay in position.
51 Operate the hand pump on top of the power
unit cover.
Result: The turntable should not rotate.
At the Platform Controls
52 Turn the key switch to platform control.
53 Pull out the platform red Emergency Stop
button to the on position.
Test Emergency Stop
54 Push in the platform red Emergency Stop
button to the off position.
Result: All platform control functions should not
operate.
55 Pull out the platform red Emergency Stop
button to the on position.
Inspections
Test Boom Functions and Function Enable
56 Do not push a function enable button. Attempt
to activate each boom function button.
Result: All boom functions should not
operate.
57 Push and hold the blue function enable button.
Activate each boom function button.
Result: Primary boom up, primary boom
extend, secondary boom up, platform level up
and turntable rotate right should all function.
58 Push and hold the yellow function enable
button. Activate each boom function button.
Result: Primary boom down, primary boom
retract, secondary boom down, platform
level down and turntable rotate left should all
function.
