Declaration of guarantee
Liability
Cell - Meddetox System Ltd and associated companies
decline all liability
for damages re-
sulting from improper use of the Cell -Meddetox System.
Agreement
We, Cell - Meddetox System Ltd, declare that the product Cell - Meddetox conforms to
the advice of the European directives 1999/5/EC
Please note that repairs within the guarantee period can only be carried out when the
guarantee card is properly filled out and the receipt is sent with the faulty appliance.
Warranty/Guarantee
Each Cell - Meddetox product undergoes strict quality control tests. We do our best to
ensure that our apparatus is supplied in pristine condition. The guarantee extends over
a 12 month period from date of purchase. Within this time should a fault arise, the prod-
uct will be repaired without cost. Outwith the guarantee time, repairs will have to be
paid for, as will postage costs. There will be no extension of the 12 month guarantee
limit. The guarantee arrangements between the vendor and buyer remain unaffected.
Pre-requisite for guarantee agreement are:
1.
Presentation of the original receipt with date of purchase, address of supplier and exact
description of the product.
2.
The product must have been used according to instructions.
3.
The product must be in its original state with no modifications by vendor or buyer.
4.
Obvious defects must be reported immediately.
The wear and tear due to normal use of the product is not covered by the
warranty. This relates especially to replaceable parts, for example, the ar-
ray etc.
The guarantee right to claim becomes invalid when:
•
there is an act of God/Effect of higher power (bolt of lightning, overvoltage, water, fire
flood etc.) and by misuse of the product.
•
there is unauthorised interference with the product.
The legally regulated guarantee claims will not vary from this agreement.
