Bedienung
Operation
1. Lift the fluidization/suction unit to the waiting position by means of a
manual lifting device
2. Put the full large container into the support by a pallet lifting truck
3. Hook in the large container with all four loops
CAUTION
Hand injury!
When hooking in the large container on the lifting device, fingers
caught in the gap between the loops and the lifting device can be
crushed.
Observe the right position of the safety straps on the bolts!
4. Open the top of the container opening to insert the
fluidization/suction unit
5. Fit the vibrating plate
6. Create the readiness for powder conveying by the Automatic switch
position
7. Lower the fluidizing/suction unit manually and slowly into the large
powder container
8. Set conveying parameters
Powder hose rinsing
In order to prevent the hose from clogging, the powder hose must be
cleaned of powder residues, if a long standstill period takes place.
The powder hose rinsing enables the cleaning of the powder hoses and
the filter elements in the powder pump.
