Insert the probe completely into the meat. It
should not touch bone, fat or gristle.
NOTE:
Failure to fully insert the probe into the
meat may result in poor cooking performance
because the probe will sense the oven air vs. the
food temperature.
Never leave your probe inside the oven during
a self-cleaning or broil cycle.
Do not store the probe in the oven.

inner.thigh.from.below.and.parallel.to.the.leg.of.
a.whole.turkey .
NOTE:
Self-clean and Broil settings will not work
if the temperature probe is plugged in.
The temperature probe has a
skewer-like probe at one end and a
plug at the other end that goes into
the outlet in the oven.
