Drive Belt

To remove the drive belt:

1. Remove the front panel.
2. Reach under the left-hand side of the drum, push the idler pulley down
and to the right, and lock the idler arm on the top corner of the motor
bracket to release belt tension.
3. Remove the belt from the motor pulley and remove through the front of
the dryer.

Pulley shown in locked
position with motor cover
removed.

WARNING:

The idler arm

is under high tension. To
prevent injury, do not let
the idler arm snap back
