High Limit Thermostat

High Limit

Thermostat

On electric models, the high
limit thermostat is located on
the top right area of the heater
housing.

On gas models, the high limit
thermostat is located on the
upper right side of the
diffuser.

The high limit thermostat monitors incoming air temperature.

If the high limit thermostat trips it will take out the L1 circuit to the motor
which, in turn, will disable the heat source.
