How do I Test a Valve?

*Note 1: Select the Cylinder with the most "Green" (Usage)
*Note 2: If the Pump is Stroked too fast, the bypass will open and no
lifting force is generated.
*Note3: GE Energy/ Consolidated requires 3 successful tests to "pass"
a valve. The 3 successful tests do not need to be in succession.
