Verify that the internal cooling media flow switch is working.
1. Flow sensor
2. Adjustable sensor
3. Adjustment screw
4. Indicator glass
5. Shuttle
1. Verify that there is a flow through the column circuit
by looking on the internal shuttle (5) in the sensor.
2. Verify that the internal media flow switch is set to
give an alarm if the flow rate is less than 0 0..5 5 ll//m miin n.
3. Close the Ballofix valve mounted on the flow switch.
4. Check that an alarm is raised on the A Alla arrm mss p pa ag ge e
in the EBM Control.
5. Press M Me en nu u.
6. Press S Se errvviicce e P Pa ag ge e.
7. Press H Ha arrd dw wa arre e S Stta attu uss.
8. The indicator labelled F Fllo ow w C Co ollu um mn n T TP P C Ciirrccu uiitt
should turn grey.
9. Open the valve
