General troubleshooting
procedure

Follow this procedure if an error occurs:

1

Take note of the error code and error message on the monitor.

2

Turn off the instrument by pressing the On/Off button on the front panel and then
the Power switch on the right hand side, and turn it back on again after about ten
seconds.

If the error persists refer to this troubleshooting guide for possible solutions.

4

If the error cannot be resolved with this troubleshooting guide, contact your GE
representative.
