Diagnostics

The Diagnostic page includes various diagnostic tests for troubleshooting.

5-5-6-1

Diagnostic Reports

Diagnostic tests return a report to the Service Platform. The platform retains the report and allows for 
future viewing of the diagnostic logs.

5-5-6-2

Proactive Diagnostics

A system of self-monitoring is largely supported with the integration of 

iLinq

. The scheduler, executive, 

user interfaces, and some of the proactive diagnostic functions are provided by 

iLinq

. Other tasks will 

need to be provided by the product team.
