Measure the insulating impedance among the main circuit (PCB) and the case, if it is below 1MΩ, the insulation is
thought to be damaged and need to be changed or reinforced.
EMC In particular situations, the device could be affected by electromagnetic interferences caused by other devices
nearby (eg: Safety devices, Power line, Signal and Data transmission lines, telecommunication equipment, TV and radio,
etc.). In this condition, the operator should adopt some appropriate measures to remove interference (shieldings, filters,
shorter cables, grouping cables, improved grounding, etc.).
Before arc welding machines are dispatched from the factory, they have already been debugged accurately. So forbid
anyone who is not authorized by our company to do any change to the equipment!
Maintenance course must be operated carefully. If any wire becomes flexible or is misplaced, it maybe potential
danger to user!
Only professional maintenance personal who is authorized by our company could overhaul the machine!
Guarantee to shut off the arc welding machine’s power before open/unfasten the outer case of the equipment.

local our company agent or the branch company!
Trouble
