3. Unwrap the toner cartridge and remove
the protective sheet of paper from
under the front flap of the cartridge.
Shake the cartridge from side to side
several times as shown to distribute
the toner.
4. Place the toner cartridge on a flat
surface and hold the cartridge securely
with one hand. Grasp and pull the
sealing tape straight out from the side
of the cartridge, as shown. Pulling the
tape out at an angle may cause it to
break.
Do not shake the cartridge or subject it
to shocks once the tape is removed, as
this may result in toner leakage.
5. Position the toner cartridge as shown.
Match up the tabs on the left and right
of the cartridge with the channels
within the printer. Gently slide the
cartridge into the printer as far as it
will go.
