Tools required:

•

" hex wrench

•

High temperature grease or lithium grease

•

Grease gun

To lubricate the laminator:

WARNING

Do not lubricate the laminator when it is hot.

You can be burned.

WARNING

Remove power from the laminator and make

sure it won’t be reapplied while you are

performing this procedure. You could be

severely shocked, electrocuted, or get your

fingers caught in the drive mechanisms.

Remove the drive and control side cabinet covers
using the

" hex wrench by removing the screws

that hold the cover in place.

Using the grease gun, lubricate each grease
fitting (shown in Figure 4-4) with one squirt of
high temperature grease.

automotive oil.

Replace the cabinet covers and reapply power to
the laminator.
