Install the Servo Motors.
Position each Servo Motor over the focus, iris or zoom gear.
Mate with the gear and secure the bracket to the guide bar. Refer to the image below.
NOTE. Servo Motor clearance to Port Extender. It may be necessary to
adjust the Servo Motor on the bracket to provide clearance inside the
Port Extender. The LEMO connector can be rotated on the motor for
best cable routing and clearance to other items including the Port
Extender.
The photo below shows 3 Servo Motors tightly clustered on a small PL mount lens.
This arrangement may be necessary on smaller lenses.
Secure the Servo Motor /
Bracket assembly to the
Guide Bars.
Adjust the position of the
motor on the Guide Bar
and bracket to mate with
the lens and remain clear
of the Port Extender.
Note that the Servo
Motors may be clustered
tightly on smaller lenses.
Route the motor cables through
here to the rear of the housing.
