The device is not working – What could the problem be?

• 

Check to see if all power cables and connecting cables have been plugged in correctly and whether the power 
supply is working.

• 

Check to see whether you are actually using induction-compatible pots in connection with your system. The system 
is not compatible with other types of dishes or crockery.

• 

Check to see whether the pots have been placed such that a minimum of 2/3rds of the surface area is within the 
warming zone (see the marking of the circle).

• 

Check to see if the warming zone has been set to a warming level with the remote control. The system will not 
(automatically) keep food warm when it is in standby mode. 

• 

Check to see if the battery of the remote control has enough power remaining.

• 

Ensure that there are no objects, such as for example tablecloths between the porcelain and the warming area.
