Switching on and off Automatically
If the induction-compatible pot is removed, the LEDs of the selected level of warmth will flash and the power level will
be switched off. The InductWarm® element will start operating again if another induction-compatible pot is placed on
the element within the next 20 seconds. This time period can be used to exchange dishes. If no induction-compatible
pot is placed on the element within the next 20 seconds, the element will switch into standby mode.
Putting the Device into Standby Mode
If your InductWarm® system is put into standby mode, the LEDs will blink as if warmth level 1 has been selected.
Switching the Device Off
Disconnect the power supply of your InductWarm® product to turn the product off. If the InductWarm® product is
connected to a power supply, it will move automatically into standby mode. The OFF (AUS) button on the remote control
will not switch the system off completely.
Heat-retaining Porcelain
Operation of the Heat-retaining Porcelain
The heat-retaining porcelain has been provided with a specially patented coating that allows the inductive effect to
occur in the first place. The inductive effect in the warming zone causes the underside of the porcelain to quickly warm
up, thus keeping your meal warm.
Replacing the Heat-retaining Porcelain – the Zones Remain Active
When a induction-compatible pot is removed from the warming zone while the device is in operation, the warming zone
automatically switches into standby mode. If a induction-compatible pot is then placed in the warming zone within 20
seconds, the warming zone is automatically reactivated and switches to the same level of warmth as it had been set
to previously. If a dish is recognised as being unsuitable, or if no induction-compatible pot is placed in the zone within
the 20-second time window, the affected warming zone switch off automatically.
