GENERAL INFORMATION
Purpose of the manual
This manual is an integral part of the machine kit. The purpose of this information is to make users aware of
the need to take special care to prevent any risk. However, caution is irreplaceable. Safety is also in the hands
of all operators who interact with the machine. Keep this manual in an appropriate place so that it is always
available for consultation.
Description of heated display cases
This product was created specifically to keep the temperature of the food inside it constant. It is characterized
by a high constructive simplicity in order to minimize the possibility of breakdowns and facilitate
maintenance. The heated display cases are made of AISI 304 18/10 satin-finish stainless steel, with walls and
doors in plexiglass, with a thickness of 8 mm. The electric resistance is made of glass-silicone wire. On the
bottom of the heated showcases there are 4 rubber feet with support and insulation function. The controls
to turn on and set the temperature are placed on the long side of the top.
