BASIC PARAMETER

This fryer is equipped with 1 tank.

The fryer is equipped with a thermostat that allows you to set the frying temperature.

When the oil temperature exceeds the limit temperature, the temperature limiting protection
device can automatically cut off the power supply. Over-temperature can be avoided (reset the
device manually).

When the electrical box is lifted, the microswitch trips immediately. The microswitch interrupts
the power supply to ensure the safety of persons and in case the electrical heating pipe is
burnt dry.
5.
The frying basket handle can be disassembled. it is equipped with a movable stainless steel oil
tank with oil level calibration indicator. It is easy to use, clean, transport and store.
6.
The electric heating pipe has a protective panel and can be easily removed from the bottom
box with the electric box and separated from the oil pan. It is therefore easy to clean the
electric heating pipe and the oil pan.
THE AMOUNT OF FOOD TO BE COOKED AT ONE TIME MUST NOT EXCEED 1.2 KG PER POT.

FRYING A LARGE AMOUNT OF FOOD THAT IS TOO WET WILL CAUSE THE OIL TO
BOIL OVER.
