CONTROL UNIT
a. Green heating indicator—is illuminated, when the grilling top reached the set tempera-
ture; goes out, when the appliance is still heating.
b. Scale switch button—toggles the display between degrees of Fahrenheit (°F) or
Celsius (°C).
c. Mode button—with connected temperature probe, this button toggles between probe
mode and heating temperature.
d. Temperature dial—turn counterclockwise to decrease temperature (–), and turn clockwise
to increase temperature (+).
e. Temperature probe socket
f. Backlit LCD screen—for showing the temperature.
g. ON/OFF button—press this button to switch the control unit ON or OFF. With the appli-
ance switched ON, the red indicator is illuminated.
