Hamburger/Cheeseburger/Bacon-
burger
Ingredients:
• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1 eg
• chopped onion
• salt/pepper
• fines herbes
• mustard/ketchup
• lettuce
• tomatoes
• pickles
1. Mix together 1 lb. of ground beef with
egg, chopped onion, salt, pepper and
herbs. Form meat into balls, and flatten
into hamburger patties.
2. Cook on Grill surface, adjusting cooking
time to taste.
3. Toast hamburger buns on Grill surface.
4. Serve burgers on buns with mustard, ket-
chup, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles, as
desired.
Variations: add melted cheese, or bacon
cooked on Grill surface.
Sweet and Salty Zucchini-Apricot
Brochettes
Ingredients:
• 4 small zucchini
• salt/pepper
• herbes de Provence
• cayenne pepper
• 10 – 12 slices of bacon
• 12 apricots
1. Steam zucchini, or blanch in salted boi-
ling water for 3 to 4 minutes. Chop into
bite sized pieces.
2. Mix together salt, ground pepper, herbes
de Provence, and a pinch of cayenne
pepper.
Coat zucchini in spice mixture.
3. Place bacon on Grill surface, and cook
according to taste.
4. Cut bacon slices in half, lengthwise,
depending on the size of the zucchini
bits.
Wrap zucchini pieces in bacon.
5. Cut apricots in half or into thirds, depen-
ding on the size of the fruit.
6.
Thread skewers, alternating between
apricots and zucchini, and sprinkle with
herbes de Provence.
7. Place brochettes onto Grill surface and
cook, rotating occasionally, adjusting
cooking time to taste.
Enjoy while still hot.
