OIL COOLING

When using a dependent system it is important to check the
capacity of the tractor’s oil tank and whether the cooling system
is sufficient. If necessary have an oil cooler or a larger tank
installed on the tractor by the dealer: 

the ratio between the volu-

me of oil in the system and the capacity of the tank should be
approximately 1:2

.

ATTENTION

- Always keep oils and grease out of reach of children.
- Always read warnings and precautions indicated on the

containers carefully.

- Avoid skin-contact.
- After use wash the equipment thoroughly.
- Treat the used oils and polluting liquids in conformity with the

laws in force.

The Manufacturer declines all responsibility due to negligence
and non-observance of these rules.

3.5 ADJUSTING THE SEEDING DEPTH

To obtain a good level at which sprouts come out, the seed needs
to be placed at the right depth into the seeding bed.
The planting depth is adjusted individually for each element, by
using the nut (B, Fig. 51) to regulate the compression springs (A,
Fig. 51).  Depending on the type of the type of soil, either increase
or decrease the compression of the spring in order to determine
the correct working depth.
The depth is determined by changing the position of the limiter
block (C, Fig.52 -Optional), only with single-disc coulters (furrow
openers).

IMPORTANT: for seeding in moist soils, to a advanced depth to
5 cm, it is advised to remove the limiter (Fig. 52).

Coulters that work in the tracks of the seeder or the tractor
should be set to greater pressure.

With disc coulters is possible to assemble a rear rubber wheel
(Fig. 53), which allows to check the seeding depht. Thanks to a
series of holes, you can set the same seeding depht for all the
coulter elements.

IMPORTANT: we advise against the use of the rear wheel on
moist soils.
