(A). Hydraulic rod
- Pull on the hydraulic rod

slowly.
- At this time, the fork oil comes out of the push rod hole, let it
overflow until it stops.
- Put the fork spring

into the fork tube.
- Tighten the suspension spring and insert the spanner

- Fit the suspension cap

to the fork tube and tighten to 29 Nm.
- Fit the other fork.
- Refit all removed parts.

(4). Cap spanner.
(5). Counter nut spanner.
Suspension rod spring
Different springs can be used depending on the weight of the driver
and the track conditions.
- Hard springs make the forks harder and the rebound faster.
- Light springs make the forks softer and the rebound slower.
Suspension plate position
You must check if the front tyre don't touch the mudguard when the
front fork arrived at the maximum stroke. Adjust it to find 5mm
maximum.
CAUTION
The right and left suspension rods must be adjusted equally.
